This exclusive community offers home owners affordable peace and privacy. Here you can raise a family, rest and refresh, play with ease, explore and experience. Everything is on your doorstep with parks, trails, schools, public transportation and shops.

It is almost 17 years since the master plan for the 16-acre ‘City in the Park' was first drawn up. The project devotes 85 per cent of its land to green space while housing enough urbanites in seven towers to constitute a mini-West End. It has everything from the spectacle of a huge Versailles-style formal garden at its heart, to the wilder Byrne Creek Ravine Park's biking, hiking and walking trails on its border.

The "City In The Park" community is comprised of 7 high-rise building which are namely the Savoy Carlton, Belgravia, Claridges, Maby Fair Place I and II, Villa Jardin and Belvedere which is made up of a total of more than 1600 households. In 2001, ‘City in the Park' was recognized as an excellent new community when it won an award for excellence for livability from the Greater Vancouver Regional District and the Urban Design Institute.

The first high-rise built on the site was the 26-storey, 137-suite Savoy-Carlton built in 1991 at the corner of Southpoint Drive and Station Hill Drive.

Next came the 31-storey, 155-unit Belgravia, followed in 1997, the 166-unit Claridges high-rise. In 2001, work began on Mayfair Place, twin towers on the south side of the site.

Mayfair Place sets a new standard of architectural excellence by reflecting the 1920s Art Deco style of New York's Rockefeller Centre.

Villa Jardin bridges the space between formal gardens to the east and natural woodland to the west. Standing on the pillared entry porch or in any one of the curved living rooms along Villa Jardin's classical façade, you will be able to see eastward over the reflecting pools, floral arbors and hedge groves. There is maximum green space and great views to Richmond, Mt. Baker and downtown Vancouver.

Belvedere, the final tower in the City in-the Park community, has a modern approach of a classics European architecture and garden. Mirrored to the Villa Jardin, this beautiful building also set the standard of high quality of living with sanctuary and style. Like other building, its top-class resort style amenities like a Roman style hot tub, fully equipped gym room, modern theatre room, game room, library and lounge, has impressed many audiences who visit the building. Adjacent to the entry of the Bryne Park, Belvedere offers residence the access to a golden key to good health, wealth of nature and peaceful spirit that is way surpassed the quality of living in many places of the city.
